- Use Python 3.6 and new requirements file
- Install dh-virtualenv 1.2 from author's PPA
- Remove workarounds for Python 2.x
- Remove workarounds for old SS releases (0.8.x or older)
- Remove quilt
- Remove unused build variables
- Stop configuring packages.archivematica.org
- Remove pip download use (Problem: SS's pip download call not needed #158)
- Address Problem: build dependencies are not declared #89 (in debs/ss only)
